    My name is Laura Chatham (she/her)

    I started Sustain Athletics in 2023 as a way to share my passion for trail endurance and environmental sustainability. With several years of coaching experience and a BSc in Chemistry (currently working on my MSc), I provide science-based training and an online database for sustainably-minded athletes. Areas of focus include:

    ~ trail running, hiking, camping, and basic nutrition ~

    ~ reusables, refillables, low-impact materials, lifestyle habits ~
